U diyaargarowga khudradda Easter-ka

 

Shukulaatada Easter ukunta leh subagga lawska 

 

- 3/4 koob subagga lawska dabiiciga ah oo aan sonkor lagu darin

- 2 st. l. saliid qumbaha

- 1 qaado oo laga soosaaray vanilj

- 1/2 tsp stevia dareere ah 

- 1 koob oo shukulaato ah (gaar ahaan shukulaatada oo aan sonkor lagu darin)

- 2 st. l. saliid qumbaha 

1. Ku dhalaali qumbaha iyo subagga lawska, ka dibna si fiican isku walaaq. 2. Isku qas soosaar vanilj iyo stevia. 3. Isku darka ku shub caaryada ukunta oo ku rid qaboojiyaha saacad. 4. Ka saar caaryada, ku faafi warqad xaashida ah. 5. Si aad jaakad u sameyso, dhalaali saliid qumbaha iyo jajabyada shukulaatada, walaaq ilaa inta ay siman yihiin. 6. Ku shub isku darka ka dhashay caaryada ilaa kala badh. 7. Hadda ukunta subagga lawska ee barafaysan ku dhex geli shukulaatada ilaa ay si buuxda u daboolayso.

8. Ku rid qaboojiyaha, sug ilaa inta ay ka adkaanayso.

Tofu Easter oo leh sabiib iyo zest candied 

- 200 ml oo kareem khudaar ah (ama caano soy ah, iyadoo ku xiran hadba sida loo rabo)

- 300 g oo bur ah / tofu

- 3 tbsp. l. margarine khudradda / faafin

- 2 tbsp. l. malqacadaha sonkorta bakoorada

- 100 g almonds, dubay oo la jarjaray

- 100 g oo ah miraha candied ama miraha candied

- 50 gr sabiib la jarjaray

- diirka daadi ee 1 orange

- 3 tbsp. l. liin macaan

- 2 qaado oo sonkor vanilj ah

 

1. Karkari digirta/tofu, labeenta iyo subagga ilaa ay ka siman yihiin.

2. Ku dar maaddooyinka haray oo si fiican isku walaaq

Tallaabadan, waxaa muhiim ah in la hagaajiyo dhadhanka: Easter waa in uu ahaado mid dhexdhexaad ah oo macaan isla markaana leh dhadhan. 2. Ku dabool shaandhada faashad oo dhig tirada

- 20 g khamiir cusub

– qanjaruufo milix ah

-2 qaado oo laga soosaaray vanilj ama 1 iniinaha vaniljka

- 4 tbsp. qaado oo khudaar ah ama saliid qumbaha  

- 220 g oo sonkor budada ah

- 2 qaado oo ah liin / liin

1. Karkari dabacasaha 20-25 daqiiqo, diirka, jarjar xaleef iyo shiifin gudaha blender

2. Ku qas khamiirka caano diirran

3. Ku rid sharoobada maple, vaniljka laga soosaaray, caanaha khamiirka weelka qasaha oo si fiican isku walaaq

4. Ku dar karooto saafi ah isku dhafkan oo cajii cajiinka, si tartiib tartiib ah ugu dar bur

5. Saliid iyo milix ku dar dhamaadka

8. Ku dub keega Easter foorno preheated ilaa 180C 30-35 daqiiqo

9. Ku dabool keega Easter-ka ee la qaboojiyey dhalaal.
